The T-shirt launch
John and Fred teamed together in efforts to produce a much anticipated t-shirt for 3guys1bike. Surrounded by critics about John and Fred’s artistic talent, a 50 dollar bet is confidently wagered by teammate Mark and support team captain Elizabeth against the t-shirt’s marketability. John and Fred understand pessimism as much as a hippie understands a bra, so the 50 dollar bet was made. The conditions of the bet: - while wearing the 3guys1bike shirts, John and Fred would have less than 3 strangers approach them with curiosity towards what the shirts.
5 hours after the t-shirts are fabricated, John and Fred are $50 dollars richer.
One girl said she “didn’t expect to that much jelly belly” and recommends removing pics to salvage my remaining dignity (OUCH). Thats too bad… I thought the speedos were quite comfy. I was going to sport the hammock down by the river this with a box of glazed donuts, some yoga moves, and scarlet this weekend, but I think I might stick to my tunafish/oatmeal diet and biking like a madman. We should take bets accepted as donations as to the progress of my weight loss. 1-10 odds that I don’t make it. I will take bets that equate to a total potential loss of $500.00 on my end if I don’t lose the weight. (First takers have the opportunity to either make me pay or inspired to lose weight).
